Sports & Management Research Institute (SMRI) is the topmost Sports Management and Sports Engineering Research Institute in India, working to make India a sports superpower. We strongly believe that advanced protective gears are a must to make sports safer. The fourth edition of NATIONAL SPORTS ENGINEERING PRODUCT DESIGN CONTEST (DESI 2020) aims to engage and inspire sports-loving students and public with engineering acumen to dream, design, to develop low-cost desi Sporting Machines to make India Sports Superpower and to develop advanced protective gears. The selected ideas of the previous contests are going through the development stage.
