My Football Camp is a five days intensive training programme, which works as the real foundation for most effective football learning, practice and career. There are many features which make MFC different from other football camps conducted by even top football academies of the world. Just 5 top differences are mentioning below.

  • Using Modern Technology like GPS for youth football coaching

Sport science is rapidly changing the way sport is played and the level to which athletes are performing at. One of the most popular and effective examples of this is the use of Global Positioning System Technology (GPS) in sport. GPS technology offers good precision in performance analysis through position and velocity of motion. The common benefits of GPS tracking are accurately quantify training load, compare individual players, quantify work rate, and understand the demands of the game such as collate game data to benchmark positional demands, priorities athletic development and limitations of players and identify areas for improvement. MFC is the one of the few youth development camps which use GPS effectively.

In India, only Indian Super League Franchisees are using most of the modern technology products which MFC uses for youth football development.

  • Advanced football coaching methodology

MFC is effectively using the advanced knowledge such as Modern Athletic Performance Science and Sport Psychology to make every player smart enough to excel. The camp uses various psychological skill training tools and modern training equipment to enhance the performance of goalkeepers.

  •  Strong focus on Injury prevention and nutrition

Wrong food harms the career of a good athlete.  Injuries will also be harmful in the road to grow as a great footballer. MFC gives special focus on injury prevention and nutrition to ensure injury free sustainable long career for the future footballers. Style correction is the one important method which MFC adopts to ensure injury free football career.

  • Great Coaches with great experience in youth football development

MFC is lead by great coaches like Joe McBride (former Everton FC player and head coach of Cardiff City FC) and Fabio Crespo (Former coach of clubs like Arsenal, AC Parma & AC Sienna). He is absolutely right. But, Sports & Management Research Institute (SMRI) can’t be sit disappointingly. We are now working with My Football Camp to bring difference in the grassroots level football coaching in India. Modern technology and advanced methodology will surely bring the change.
