He is a hardcore sports lover and sports promoter. He is the promoter of the fans-owned cooperative football clubs in Asia and the professionalization of indigenous (heritage) games.
He started his career as a salesman and moved to the training profession in progression. He worked with companies like Msys and Aditya Birla Group. After 12 years of career with corporate houses, now he is heading Synergians, a leading NGO with a mission to make India Number One and the chief mentor at LIWING.
